Top notch, fast, professional & all-around friendly service! Called and had an appointment the next day. The owner, Romen, fully explained everything, answered all our questions, took pictures and showed us exactly what needed to be done, what he recommended and why. He video taped the inside so we could see if liners were needed. The utility liner was in bad shape and needed to be replaced but the fireplace liner was still pretty good and he did not try to over sell us by saying we needed a new one of those too. Said that if the fireplace liner ever needed to be replaced in the future it could be done at that time. He was very reasonably priced. I got another quote for the exact same work from another “top” known company in the area, but they quoted me double what Coast to Coast quoted me!
Romen and his crew did exactly what he said they would quickly and efficiently. He returned calls immediately and did a great job in working around our schedule. They left the place cleaned up, neat and tidy. Another impressive thing he did was that this is a 90 yo house & chimney and he did a fantastic job of finding and matching up the bricks to the old ones so you can’t even tell they are different. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the service from Coast to Coast! I would not hesitate to call them again and will continue to recommend them to everyone!
