I have used a number of contractors since owning my house. Without a doubt Coast to Coast is the best company I have used from Angies List. They are a superior company in their trade and take approach the job as if it were there own home. I will try to articulate why they are such a phenomenal company below and why other companies should strive to achieve their performance.
Reason for Work: I had a contractor over doing a very complicated job where there was a very real possibility that due to the nature of the job that tuck-pointing may be required. Unfortunately when the contractor did the demo damage to my basement wall was so severe, it was beyond the skill of the contractor to repair. The basement wall was in such bad shape I I could see outside. I have previously used Coast to Coast Masonry Group Inc. with excellent results and thus immediately called Coast to Coast. I explained this was a semi-emergency since I did not want rain and small pests entering my house due to the large cracks in the basement wall. Coast to Coast came out within one day and reassured me they could fix my issue and quickly. Stanley was the representative that came out and did a wonderful job of explaining the recommended solution. Stanley did not recommend a quick fix like some other companies may have, but a well thought out plan based on the damage to my wall and the goal of fixing the issue once.
It gets better. They agreed to come out on a Saturday which was huge for me so I did not need to take a precious day off from work. They showed up at the promised time and carried out the work with extreme skill and professionalism. I closely monitored the process and not at one point was there anything that gave me hesitation or concern. The 2 tradesman that did the work were extremely courteous and friendly. Clean-Up was done so well I could not tell that they were here today other than the great looking repaired wall ! Fantastic job Coast to Coast !
