We were very satisfied with Roman and his employees of Coast to Coast. Roman took the time to explain in detail exactly what was needed to be done and why. He said he would apply for the necessary permits from the city since he knew what they would be looking for. Roman’s estimate was close to the other estimates that we had received. We really liked that Roman (Coast to Coast) uses employees rather than subcontractors to do the work. He also offered an additional 10% discount if we had everything done on his proposal. We did not feel the need to have the lower part of the rear chimney power washed but Roman still gave us the 10% discount anyway. His crew answered any questions that I asked in a way that I could understand why things had to be done a certain way. The city inspector was impressed with the quality of the work that was done. We are so pleased with the work they have done and are enjoying the look of the new chimney and maintenance that was done on the front chimney cap and by the garage door. We would use them again for any future masonry jobs and highly recommend them to others.
