From my first meeting, I was impressed by Romen’s extreme attention to detail and ability to explain the work that was needed. Once the work began, the crew was on time each day and left the yard immaculate before heading home. The work and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations and Romen made sure every detail was completed to my exacting approval. After the work began, I asked Romen to do some additional work that was not included in the original bid, including repair and replacement of brick that had been previously cut by a roofing company. The work and brick replacement was completed for no additional charge! I cannot say enough about my experience and wish that every contractor was a conscious about its customer’s satisfaction as Coast to Coast.
