I met with Romen from Coast to Coast last night and feel I can really TRUST him. He came to visually inspect our chimney and the liners and gave me a very fact-based, informative, and honest evaluation. He went the extra mile with everything he did. He took pictures of inside the chimney and showed me the situation. He drew diagrams to help me better understand how the chimney should / should not look. He then continued on with explanations of what to watch out for with other contractors and common areas where they try to take advantage of customers. His ultimate recommendation was that our liners and chimney are fine and we do NOT need any work. Yes, he actually turned down work in order to maintain his positive reputation and uphold his high ethical standards.
