Romen investigated my problems and wrote a comprehensive estimate that proposed solutions. While three other companies claimed that the damaged terra cotta liner could not be removed from the fireplace chimney without causing damage, Roman assured me that they could remove it and replace it with a stainless liner. The workers were extremely careful to protect my landscaping on the outside and to protect my furniture and floors on the inside. All work was done with professionalism and care. A few days later a worker returned with the supervisor to remove the chimney cap forms and do additional work to complete the job.
