Very responsive. I called to get a quote, and Roman was here the next day. I had an estimate the following day and set up a date for work to be done. A two-man crew arrived within the time window and did the tuckpointing and re-bricking in a couple of hours. They were able to do a very good job matching brick and mortar on our 90+ year-old house. Actually, the job was so good that even my husband was impressed. They then returned the next day to wash down the bricks, removing any dried-on mortar.
I’d call them again for any of our brickwork.
