Wow, were they guys great! As a home owner it is such a pleasure to deal with a company that you feel you can count on to do quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Coast to Coast again, or to recommend them. We have interior stone walls in several rooms (I think limestone) that were half finished in multiple areas, had mismatched mortar colors in various spots, and had cracks or crumbling mortar in multiple areas. Romen from Coast to Coast was the second company we had in to give us an estimate, and right away I could tell that he really knew what he was talking about, he wasn’t just trying to make a sale. Romen was very professional and polite, he even took notes to ensure everything I wanted was in the estimate. The quality of work was excellent, it really amazed me how well they matched the existing stonework to make it look seamless. If I didn’t specifically tell someone where the new work began and ended, no one would be able to point it out. They chipped out the mismatched mortar and replaced it with a color match to the rest of the existing mortar. Not only that, but when the crew left everyday, the rooms they were working in were cleaner when they left then when they got there! The house was spotless everyday. I had forgotten about several spots I wanted them to complete, and half-way though the job when I asked them if they could also do these sections that were not on the original estimate, they were so customer friendly it was amazing. The crew took in stride and acted like it was all part of customer service (even if did mean making a second trip to get more stone then was originally measured for). Long story short, the work was phenomenal, the customer service was excellent, and the price was very fair and reasonable. This is a solid company I would highly recommend.
