The work went great. The workmen were efficient, worked quietly and neatly, and did a great job. While we opted for the lowest of their three estimates, you would never guess it from the quality of the work. I was especially impressed when the company called me to reschedule our appointment because of a rain forecast for the day we had booked, explaining that there could be issues with the mortar if it rained after the work was done. It is such a relief to work with such an honest company.
We were impressed with the work, overall, but especially with how well they colour-matched the tuckpointing to the original masonry. You can’t tell we had work done – all you see are clean lines between the bricks. It is a 100% improvement.
